First City Art Center’s Pumpkin Patch is the center’s largest fundraiser of the year.
Save the Date for the 2020 Pumpkin Patch:
October 17th, 2020
The event not only supports FCAC as a nonprofit center for the arts offering affordable education and outreach programs, pumpkin purchases also support over 50 local artists. These unique hand-made pumpkins are created by members of First City Art Center’s glass and pottery guilds. FCAC’s Annual Pumpkin Patch has become a signature event for Pensacola, and is the only Pumpkin Patch benefiting First City Art Center as an important cultural asset for the community. Support the arts and creative education!
This year, for the first time ever, we are announcing a 2020 Pumpkin Patch T-shirt Design Contest!
Announced on Monday, June 15th / Deadline on Wednesday, July 15th at NOON
DESIGN CONTEST WINNER’S PRIZE IS VALUED AT $ 200!
T-shirt DESIGN REQUIREMENTS and CONSIDERATIONS:
Must incorporate one or more pumpkins somewhere in the design
Must include the year 2020 and the following text below, in bold:
First City Art Center 14th Annual Glass and Ceramic Pumpkin Patch
No more than 3 colors can be used in the design
T-shirts will be printed on black fabric, possibly one additional color
Design could be printed on the front or back of the T-shirt
Don’t forget to sign your name on one corner of your design
*Bonus points if you can creatively incorporate FCAC’s logo!
What does the T-shirt Design Contest Winner Receive?
- FCAC Glass Pumpkin of your choosing (up to $ 75 value)
- Three (3) free t-shirts featuring your design ($ 75 value)
- One-year Individual Membership at FCAC ($ 50 value)
- Winner will also be Featured on Social Media, mentioned on our website and an email blast showing off the t-shirt design

Email your design as a high quality .jpg file to: events@firstcityart.org
Make sure you send it no later than NOON on Wed. July 15th!
Please use subject line: “Pumpkin Patch T-shirt Contest”; be sure to provide your name.
We will notify all applicants by August 1st via email.
