January 26th Class is full. Please join us February 22nd!

Beginning with a guided meditation, we connect ourselves with all the energies of creativity, the mothers of all artistic processes. This exercise will help us to relax our bodies and minds, and align ourselves to better receive the energy and intuition that will fruit on canvas.

We will then dive in and use that meditative energy to express ourselves by painting on canvas, making collages and sketching intuitively. The key here is to let go of fear and embrace the limitations we think we have as way to create something unique.

During the class we often sit on the floor, and move around the class room as part of the process. Please feel free to bring a pillow or blanket to sit on.

Dress for mess! Bringing your own apron is encouraged.

The class is held 6–9 p.m. in the yellow classroom.
