Creative Painting

As human beings, imagination and creativity are two of our primary birthrights. One of the oldest and most unique attributes we humans possess is the collective ability to communicate through pictures, designs, and symbols.

This class teaches a process driven, intuitive approach to painting, designed to help participants unleash their imagination, develop personal symbolism, and to shed fear and resistance to creating at a deep and meaningful level. Intuitive mark making, collage, personal stamp making, vision journaling, and other processes will be demonstrated and explored. Group and individual critiques will be offered, with the end goal of helping each student to find or further explore their own personal artistic path
